Location: River Krupa, Croatia

This weekend I went with my fellow photographers on a trip to rivers Krupa and Zrmanja near town Zadar in Croatia.

Krupa is a small river located in the south of a big mountain Velebit. It has crystal clear water and goes through beautiful canyons one of which is deep around 300 meters. Krupa is long only 10 km and since the altitude difference between it's spring and the place where it ends is 110 meters, Krupa has many beautiful waterfalls on it's flow.

Place in the photo is very famous spot on the river and a true paradise for photographers ;)
The river creates a curve on the right around the big, green meadow, and on the left there are small cascade waterfalls.
Nature is really beautiful there, especially in spring - everything is green, the colors are so vivid ant they create nice contrast to gray, rocky mountains.

Rivers Krupa and Zrmanja have many beautiful spots and it's impossible to visit them all in just one day, so I plan to go back there very soon.

:)

Additional information about the photo:
Panorama stitched out of 7 verticals shots, in Photoshop.

ISO of 400 in these sunny conditions? 100 would have been much better. Nice looking shot though.

Thanks for the feedback!
There are several reasons why iso 400:
1. my tripod was very unstable because it was on a very small flat position between the rocks I was standing on, and it was windy, so the tripod and camera were shaking
2. I had a CPL on, and it stops some light from entering (1.5-2 stops)
3. it's a full frame sensor which is not as subjective to noise on iso 400 as my old Canon 350D camera
4. I wanted to close the shutter as much as I can to keep everything sharp
5. I had to keep the exposure time as small as possible due to the reason no. 1, therefore I had to gain some brightness with higher iso value
When I took all of these reasons in account, the result was iso 400 on 1/250 sec ;) Maybe you'd have calculated that in a different way, but I'm satisfied with the result - there is no visible noise on the photo. :)
